~ Healing Bellydance: Learn undulation, circular and percussive movements

~ un-stuck yourself & create flow and ease in the body

~ Experience the magic of dancing in community

Your commitment

~ practice the homework in between sessions, minimum 5 minutes and ideally 1 hour daily

~ be open to your learning process and be willing to experience the discomfort and joy that that brings

~ kindness to yourself and to others in the learning process

~ take care of your body, know your limits

One season ~ from Fall Equinox to Winter Solstice

Minimum 5, Maximum 10 participants

Cost: Sliding scale $400-600

Plus $40 for a frame drum

(unless you previously purchased one from me)

One Saturday/month

1pm - 5pm

One Wednesday/month

6-7:30pm by Zoom
