The Apprenticeship will support you to:

Frame Drumming

Learn the ancient art of Frame Drumming as a Ritual Instrument

Build grounded skills in

~ Basic Strokes

~ Frame Drum Rhythms

~ Ritual Processions

~ Rhythmic Entrainment

~ Community belonging

~ Connection to the ancient matriarchs

Feminine Intuitive Movement

Cultivate your knowing

~ un-stick yourself

~ create flow and ease in the body

~ Learn how to express emotion in a new way

~ Hear your own wisdom

~ Receive witness and reflection for your authentic expression

~ Love your body

~ Experience the magic of dancing in community

Your commitment

~ practice the homework in between sessions, minimum 5 minutes and ideally 1 hour daily

~ be open to your learning process and be willing to experience the discomfort and joy that that brings

~ kindness to yourself and to others in the learning process

~ take care of your body, know your limits

When, Where, How much

One season ~ from Fall Equinox to Winter Solstice

Minimum 5, Maximum 10 participants

Cost: Sliding scale $450-600

Includes a new Remo frame drum (a $40 value)
