In my classes, there is a constant flow of trying out movement proposals and making meaning of the dance that emerges. The class is an opportunity to wake up your body and then discover what it has to share.
You will get to know yourself in a new way.

Natanya’s class on movement has led to freeing up my body to move with vigor and joy. What's more, it has led to an appreciation for all that my body does for me! I have an appreciation for my senses that inform and delight my experience of the world around me. I have an profound gratitude for all my body’s systems—muscular, skeletal, pulmonary and
circulatory—and how, my whole life, they have supported me!
